Mary had more Children
An article was written in GuamPDN's website on
March 24, 2007 that pro-
claimed the godly situation of
Mary, the mother of Jesus.
The writer is obviously a Catholic believer who is somewhat
ill-taughts of
God's word...the Bible. The article written is not
what the bible teaches God's
people. The write wrote:
"Mary's assumption into heaven, body and soul
meant she came down from heaven to re-enact
Eve's labor pains." Genesis 3:16
WRONG !!!
The Hebrew word "woman" used in Genesis is strictly about Eve...not Mary.
Virgin Mary believers need to turn away from beliefs that she maintained
virginity after
Jesus was born.
She was a virgin when God placed Jesus in her womb but later produced
children
from Joseph. The birth of Jesus was a supernatural conception by
God [Matthew 1:23]
and not an earthly father.
After He was born, Mary gave birth to other children. Matthew 1:25 says: "And [Joseph]
knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son
Jesus was born: and he
[Joseph] called his name JESUS.
What does this mean? "Joseph knew her [Mary] not till..." is understandable.
The word "till" simply means there was no sexual involvement "until" Jesus
was born. What
about the word "firstborn?" Does it not mean there
were "second-born" and "other-born" children after Jesus?
